Being young first time homebuyers, purchasing a home within such an aggressive market seemed nearly unobtainable for us. When we first reached out to Randy through a personal recommendation, we did not know where to start or even what we were looking for in a home at the time. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Randy as our realtor, we consider ourselves much more fortunate that he became our friend. We have bought 2 houses and sold 1 with Randy and you will never find a more stand up, honestsalesman. I trust Randy to find the right choice for my family, without any thought to his bottom line. We were new to Peterborough when we bought our first house, we weren’t very familiar with the area and there were listings that I told Randy I wanted to see and he flat out refused; he was far more concerned about the neighborhood my girls would grow up in than in making a sale. We would never consider using another realtor, he’s always done a great job for us but above all else he is a good, kind, honest man.

Over 8 years ago my husband and myself met Randy through a house he had listed that my husband was interested in, itwasn’tthe one for us but we knew nothing about Peterborough and Randy quickly figured out what Dave and I were looking for and when my present home came on the market I emailed Randy right away to let him know we were interested. He knew it was what we were looking for and had already made the appointment! We ended up in a bit of a bidding war, even back then and even though our offer was not the highest, due to Randy’s experience and intuitiveness, our offer was accepted.
